Italian. 12"x8" Otello Rosa, born in Venice in 1920, attended the Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts and in the following years won numerous awards in the Veneto region in painting, decoration, ceramics. Between 1947-1959 he was art director at "Ceramiche S.Polo" in Venice, and in 1954 he exhibited some works, one-of-a-kind pieces, in ceramics at the Art Biennale. Many of his works are appreciated and purchased somewhat all over the world.
