Smiling Vintage/Retro potbelly circus clown measuring approx. 9-10" Belly out with fabric circus outfit pants/long puffy top and hats. Smiling clown with porcelain hand painted face, hands, and boots. Fun loving collectible to add to any collection. Hair is fabric, almost a yarn like look. The body under clothes is mixture of fabric, foam, and arms/legs seem to be made of a sturdy rope. Unknown designer. Never played with, part of doll collectors display behind glass.
